Salon Policies
We require a firm 24 hour notice of cancellations/reschedules. This protects the stylists time and gives us a chance to offer the time slot to another guest.
Anything less than a 24 hour notice results in a 50% charge of the services scheduled or quoted for.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultations are required for all color and extension services.
During the consultation we will discuss your current hair, your hair goals and what maintenance will be needed as well as give you a custom quote for your desired end result. This process will ensure that we are on the same page and we are a good fit for each other.

If any adjustments are needed to your cut or color, you have one week to contact the salon so we can re-shape or adjust color as needed. No refunds are permitted

We want your products to arrive as smoothly as possible!
Shipping for our soap is a flat rate of $10.65 per order via USPS Priority Mail in a flat-rate box.
Shipping for Davines products is a flat rate of $10 per order.
Shipping for soap and Davines are separate charges, as they originate from different facilities.
We recommend ordering multiple bars of soap or multiple Davines products at once to get the best value. Stock up on your favorites or share with friends – the more you order, the more you save on shipping!

Soap Returns & Refunds
At Studio Aura, we take pride in crafting our handmade soaps with the highest quality ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on soap purchases.
However, if your soap arrives damaged, or if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’re happy to assist with replacements or a refund for defective items.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to ensure your experience with Studio Aura is nothing short of amazing.
Soap Colors and Ingredients Disclaimer
Ingredient Variations: As our soaps are hand-crafted in small batches, ingredients may vary slightly from batch to batch. Currently, we are using goats milk instead of water and shea butter instead of palm oil in our soaps, but some previous batches used water and shea butter. If you have any allergies to these ingredients, please contact us with questions before purchasing, or include a note during your order so we can ensure your soap is safe for you.
Colors: Due to the natural and artisanal process, the colors of the soaps may vary slightly, but rest assured the quality and experience will always meet your expectations.
